InventoryShot is made by mSales Norway AS, Norway, which is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions: get in touch through msale.com.
What we store
- Your account: your email address, when you signed up, your subscription status, and which company you belong to.
- Your shelves and counts: shelf names and the counted numbers per product, shared with the people in your company (up to 5).
- Shelf photos: kept for 90 days so your team can check a count against its photo, then deleted automatically. The numbers stay.
- Usage: how many photos you have counted per month and what that cost us, so we can apply the fair-use limit.
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary; we use no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics.
Counting with AI
When you count a shelf, the photo is sent to Google's Gemini API to be analysed. Under Google's terms for the paid Gemini API, the content is not used to train Google's models. If you connect Tripletex or Shopify, we keep only the encrypted access key and your choices of which product is which; their data is fetched when you use it and not stored by us.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare: hosting, the database with accounts, shelves and counts, the photo storage and the sign-in and invite emails.
- Stripe: payments and the subscription. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.
- Google: analysing shelf photos (Gemini API).
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, or have your account deleted. Cancelling the subscription happens in "Manage subscription" in the app. Deleting a shelf in the app deletes its counts and photos.
Terms
- The subscription costs NOK 249 a month including VAT and renews monthly until you cancel. There is no binding period.
- New subscribers get a 3-day free trial with up to 100 counts. A card is required; cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged.
- Fair use: up to 1,000 counts a month are included.
- Counts are AI estimates that you confirm. Check the numbers before you rely on them for orders or accounts; we can't be held responsible for losses caused by a wrong count.

Rettigheter: du kan be om innsyn, retting eller sletting av kontoen. Abonnementet avsluttes under «Administrer abonnement» i appen.

Nye abonnenter får 3 dagers gratis prøveperiode med inntil 100 tellinger; kort kreves, og ingenting trekkes om du avslutter før perioden er over. Inntil 1 000 tellinger i måneden er inkludert. Tellingene er AI-anslag som du bekrefter; sjekk tallene før du bruker dem til bestilling eller regnskap.
