Inventory counting, as easy as taking a photo.
Point your phone at a shelf and take a picture. Shelfie, your counting buddy, counts every pack and only asks about the few it isn't sure of. No barcodes, no clipboard, no spreadsheet.
NOK 249/month after the trial. Cancel any time.

How it works
Three steps. Nothing to learn.
If you can take a photo, you can do a stock count. There's nothing to set up and no product list to import: Shelfie reads the names straight off the packs.
Take a photo
Stand in front of the shelf and take one picture with your phone. That's the whole job.
Shelfie counts it
A dot on every pack, grouped by product and named off the packaging. You see exactly what was counted.
Answer a question or two
Shelfie only asks where it's unsure, like "more behind the front ones?". One tap, and it's done.
Why it's easier
The stock count, minus the hassle.
The old way
- Scan every item, one barcode at a time
- Write numbers on a clipboard
- Type them into a spreadsheet afterwards
- Put it off, because it eats the evening
With InventoryShot
- One photo per shelf, Shelfie does the counting
- Names from the packaging, no product list to set up
- Saved and ready to export, nothing to type in
- Easy enough to do every week, so you spot what's running low in time
Simple, not sloppy
Easy to use. Honest about the count.
Simple doesn't mean guessing. InventoryShot shows what it counted and tells you when it isn't sure, so checking takes seconds.
One question for the whole shelf"More behind the front ones?" One tap sets the depth for every product at once.
Look closer on dense productsSmall bags piled on each other? Shelfie zooms into that spot and counts it again.
You always have the last wordEvery number can be corrected with a tap, and nothing is marked checked until you've checked it.
"I see 30 packs in front. Are there more behind them?"
Tested on a real candy wall in a shop in Kristiansand, Norway: dense bags, mixed bins, the hardest case.Nothing to set up
Simple from the very first photo.

Questions
Good to know
Do I need to set anything up first?
No. Sign in with your email, name a shelf and take a photo. There's no product list to import, no barcodes to print and nothing to learn.
How accurate is the count?
It's an approximate count you confirm. Shelfie marks every pack it can see and tells you which products it's unsure about. One question about how deep the shelf goes, plus "Look closer" on dense products, gets you to the real number.
What kind of shops is it for?
Small shops with shelves of packaged goods: candy and convenience stores, kiosks, gift shops, pharmacies, cafés with retail shelves. If you can see the packs in a photo, Shelfie can count them.
Do I need to install anything?
No. InventoryShot runs in the browser on any modern phone. You can add it to your home screen and it works like an app.
Where are my photos and counts stored?
Shelves and counts are stored securely with Cloudflare and shared only with people in your company. Shelf photos are kept for 90 days, then deleted automatically; the numbers stay. To count, the photo is sent to Google's Gemini API, and under Google's paid API terms it isn't used to train their models. Privacy details.
Can it update stock in Shopify or my POS?
Not yet. Today you can export every count as CSV. Shopify and POS sync are next on the list.
How does the free trial work?
You get 3 days and up to 100 counts free. A card is needed to start. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing; after that it's NOK 249 a month.
